Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers suggest that there have been hints that Cole Howard (J. Eddie Peck) could reunite with Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle), especially now that they have their daughter back, and she seems to be moving forward with a new chapter in her life.

Still, Vicky wasn’t Cole’s only great love in Genoa City, so what about a romantic reunion with Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson)?

Y&R Spoilers: J. Eddie Peck Chimes In On Cole & Ashley’s Chemistry

Actor J. Eddie Peck recently spoke with Soap Opera Digest (SOD) about the scenes he shared with actress Eileen Davidson upon his return.

The two ran into each other at Crimson, after so many years and shared a brief chat. Peck notes that it was wonderful to work with Eileen again, and he knew some flashback scenes from 1998 would be incorporated.

He adds he loved the way the scene played out, and how their past relationship was showcased, but also Ashley’s current struggles with Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John), which could be seen right through her eyes and facial expressions.

Peck tells SOD that while the scene was “fleeting”, the reunion between them was impactful. But the real question is, could fans see these two reconnecting on a romantic level again, soon?

Y&R Spoilers: Ashley Abbott Is Dealing With A Lot

Y&R spoilers indicate that Ashley and her mental health storyline have taken center stage. It does seem like it will climax soon; hopefully, before Ms. Abbott hurts anyone or herself. In the aftermath of this all, could she turn to Cole for support?

Peck was invited to the Y&R’s 50th-anniversary party, and he states that he ran into Eileen and the two caught up.

They even took pictures together, and when he got home, while looking at them with his wife they both agreed he and Eileen looked “great together”.

Peck tells SOD he’d be happy to explore the idea of a Cash reunion if the writers “chose” to go in that direction. Peck also states it would be “a lot of fun”. Many fans would agree!
