Days Of Our Lives News: Get To Know Jackee Harry A Little Bit Better

Sometimes you think you know everything there is to know about your favorite daytime television star until you realize there’s just so much more to learn about them. This time around we’re getting to know Days of Our Lives actress Jackee Harry, who is best known for her role as Paulina on the hit Peacock soap. She recently sat down with Soap Opera Digest about some of her likes and her dislikes and a few things in between. Keep reading below for everything you need to know.

When asked what song puts her in the best mood, Jackee says, “Right now, I like Beyoncé’s song, ‘Texas Hold ‘Em’. But if I’m thinking about old songs, start spreading the news — ‘New York, New York.’” The actress was also asked about her least favorite chore. She answered with, “I don’t mind cooking, but I hate cleaning up, doing the dishes. I like to put ’em in the sink and let ’em stay there.”

Now, as far as where her favorite vacation was, Paulina revealed, “Hawaii, to Maui. I went to the top of that volcano [Haleakala]. They took you up there on a bus at four o’clock in the morning, and then you biked down eight miles. That was sheer bliss. Paradise. And you had pancakes in the middle. They stopped, so you could eat in the middle. They were the best pancakes I’ve ever tasted.”

And for the movie that she would watch over and over again, the actress admitted, “I always watch The Hunt For Red October and Die Hard. Die Hard is my favorite movie.” Also, she would love to play Gypsy in an upcoming movie. “I want to be Mama Rose and sing ‘Everything’s Coming Up Roses,’” she said.
