Earlier this year there was some public fodder suggesting Mark might have broken up with his new girlfriend, Carissa Carrillo, after making her his date at this year’s Daytime Emmy Awards. That theory is clearly wrong as Cariss was front and center during one of Mark’s most recent Instagram feels. Clearly, they are still going strong and Mark is very happy in his relationship with the stunning brunette. And just because he doesn’t post about her everyday clearly doesn’t mean that they’ve broken up.

Mark and Carissa had gone official by attending the 50th Daytime Emmy Awards together, many people are curious about her, who she is, where she’s from, and what she does for a living. Luckily, we’ve got plenty of answers. According to Carissa’s Instagram bio, she’s a children’s book author, she has a Masters Degree and is also an entrepreneur and cosmetologist. And just like Mark, she’s also a Arizona native. She’s also made the effort to travel from Arizona to California to be with him whenever she can. Isn’t that sweet? 

The Young and the Restless Rewind: All About Mark’s Love Life

Back in November, several soap sites had reported that actress Courtney Hope, who plays Sally Spectra on the hit CBS soap, supposedly got married and is also pregnant. Well, Courtney took to her Instagram account to set the record straight and confirm that she is indeed still single and that she doesn’t have a bun in the oven. Even though he and Courtney are no longer together, they still remain friends and are cordial, seeing how they work together everyday on the set of The Young and the Restless.
