The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers heavily predict that Steffy Forrester might want to watch her back, because Sheila is coming after her, dead or alive. That woman has nine lives just as much as she had nine toes. 

While everyone did see how Steffy managed to take a knife and stab Sheila in the heart, no one is one hundred percent certain that she’s dead. There’s no body, no funeral, and no one really grieving her loss. That’s why a lot of The Bold and the Beautiful fans believe that it will only be a matter of time before Sheila comes back and seeks her revenge on Steffy for doing her wrong.

Of course, this won’t be the first time that Sheila  will attempt to kill Steffy. The last time that she tried to shoot Steffy was in that dark alleyway behind Il Giardino, when Sheila accidentally almost killed her son Finn instead. But this time around she’s not going to mess up. She knows who her target is and will aim directly at her. Steffy can try and run, but there’s no way that she’s going to hide. Even flying off to Europe for a couple of months is not going to help her.
