So, could this be the reason why Kate Middleton really hasn’t been seen in several long months now? Perhaps, as there is heavy speculation that the Princess of Wales might or might not have had plastic surgery back in January, which could be the reason why she has been hiding her face from the public. Not only that, but her Mother’s Day photo seems to be so heavily doctored that some people think that her 2016 Vogue cover was photoshopped into the image. Did Kate Middleton have plastic surgery? That’s what a lot of royal fans want to know. The last time that she was seen in public was back in December during the holidays. The Princess of Wales supposedly had abdominal surgery in January and has only been seen briefly twice since then. Once while she was in the car with her mother Carole Middleton with a lot of people noticing that she had a rather puffy face and the second time around was in a grainy photo taken by the press. Kate can be seen sitting in the back seat of a car with her husband Prince William but she is looking in the opposite direction.
Of course, the palace could easily diffuse the situation and simply tell the truth about Kate Middleton’s whereabouts and what’s really going on behind closed doors, but it’s doubtful that will happen. But the fact that the Princess of Wales has been covering her face has not only fueled even more plastic surgery speculation, but has also had many royal fans worried about the future queen of England, too.
So far Kensington Palace has issued no statements or comments about the matter.

It reminds me of Princess Charlene of Monaco, the wife of Prince Albert. Allegedly she underwent sinus surgery in South Africa which resulted in severe complications, and didn't appear in public for over 1 1/2 years. It turned out it was plastic surgery. Hmmh. 🤔🫢🤐
People need to leave Kate alone!! It’s nobody’s business what she had done! And Who care if she doctored a photo FOR GOD SAKE WE ALL DO IT!! LEAVE KATE ALONE
