Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers were hinting that Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) would make a “bold move” during the week of March 11 and that he did.
While many thought the teaser was about Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford), as the two shared a kiss, days earlier, it ended being the takedown of Jordan Howard (Colleen Zenk) giving fans yet another reason to love the most eligible bachelor in the land of Genoa City.
Y&R spoilers note that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) seemed to have a plan to lure Jordan; however, things took a turn for the scary during the Tuesday, March 12 episode.
Claire Grace’s (Hayley Erin) crazy aunt turned the tables on the Moustache, and it looked as if he was trapped until a mysterious figure came from behind with a taser.
Hitting Jordan in the neck, the villainess dropped to the ground, gun and all, and now it seems that the hunted have become the hunter.
Despite fans freaking out while watching the episodes unfold, The Moustache (in typical Moustache form) seemed to remain calm, cool, and collected.
It turns out that he had a GPS tracking device on him, which allowed Nick to follow Jordan and catch her by surprise. The villainess has been one step ahead of the Newmans for months now, so it was nice that they were able to trap her, especially the way they did.
However, it was even better to see Nick team up with his dad to bring down the psychopath, as he’s been in the shadows of this entire storyline since he returned from the lake house chaos.
Nick being the person to bring Jordan to her knees just adds to his charm, appeal, and heroic stature; giving Y&R fans one more reason to love him (as if it’s even needed it!)
