GH Spoilers Update Friday, February 23: Excited Surrogates, Worried Moms, Furious Mobsters

General Hospital spoilers and updates for Friday, February 23 tease excited surrogates, worried moms, and furious mobsters. Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) is excited, Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) is worried, and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) is furious!

General Hospital Spoilers: TJ Ashford Is Concerned

TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) is concerned as he asks Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) if it was him, or was that weird? They may be at Kristina’s place and TJ may have overheard Kristina’s comment to Blaze (Jacqueline Grace Lopez).

The last thing they need is for Kristina to become more attached to their baby then an aunt would since she’s supposed to be her aunt legally.

Kristina just barely found out she’s pregnant very recently and is having a lot of morning sickness. Molly and TJ will be cautious to remind her to remember she’s Auntie, not Mommy!

GH Spoilers: Excited Surrogates

Kristina is excited and tells Blaze that in that moment, she felt like the baby was hers! Perhaps she is far along enough to feel that first flutter of life in her womb.

That could be an experience that would elicit that reaction-and as she progresses in her pregnancy, it will be more and more real. But if that’s what TJ heard and thinks it’s weird, it certainly would be understandable.

General Hospital Spoilers: Last Minute Invitations

At the Metro Court, Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) approaches Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) as she’s drinking at the bar.

She had just left The Invader office where she intended to ask Gregory to be her plus one to Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) and Brook Lynn Quartermaine’s (Amanda Setton) wedding. But Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) had told him she’d be his plus one to the wedding as Tracy came in the door.

Alexis, if not Gregory, possibly picked up on Tracy’s rush to get out of there and realized she was disappointed. Even if Tracy goes as a plus two and they go as a trio, at least she wouldn’t be alone.

GH Spoilers: Worried Moms

Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) continues to worry about Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzin) and his risk taking behavior. She thought it might be genetic and coming from his father, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton).

She talks to Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) who also has a son of Jason’s, namely Jake Webber (Hudson West) about the behavior. Elizabeth asks clarification, if she’s worried something deeper is going on.

General Hospital Spoilers: Questions And Answers

Meanwhile, at Pentonville, Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) continues to question O’Neill (Jeff Leaf) in the context of a prison chaplain offering a sympathetic ear.

O’Neill has no idea that Cyrus is wearing a wire, and apparently Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) scared John “Jagger” Cates (Adam Harrington) into letting the operation proceed. Cyrus tries to draw O’Neill out, and says, is this man, whose threats are worse than a life time in prison?

At the PCPD, Jagger, Anna and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) watch the computer screen showing the wire transmitting and likely recording. Cyrus is trying to see if he can tease a name for the threatening man out of O’Neill.

 

GH Spoilers: Furious Mobsters

It looks like Sonny is back in his penthouse after he and Selina Wu (Lydia Look) tried to coerce information out of one of her guards who’d been a mole.

He’d been receiving bribes and she and her people had come under attack. All they could get out of the henchman was that the boss of the person paying him the bribes was called “Stone”.

Sonny’s mind likely has gone to Michael “Stone” Cates (Michael Sutton) and his brother, Agent “Jagger” Cates) who’s shown up in town. Selina said it sounded suspicious and Sonny’s mind puts two and two together and he starts throwing barware!
