Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Theresa’s Frustration, Alex’s Regret?

Days of Our Lives spoilers and updates tease Theresa Donovan (Emily O’Brien) is so frustrated that Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) hasn’t proposed she packs up in a hurry!

She found a diamond ring had fallen out of his jacket pocket on Valentine’s Day and naturally assumed it was for her-but didn’t give Alex a chance to explain!

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: We All Know About The Word “Assume”

We all know about the word “assume” and that not so cute explanation to help one remember how to spell it-but apparently Theresa skipped that class!

She’s been anxious to get her hands on the Kiriakis fortune eventually but since she forged or at least altered a letter to make it read Alex Kiriakis she’s anxious.

Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) is the true heir and Victor Kiriakis’ (John Aniston) secret son but the longer she’s not a Kiriakis, the more chance of losing that money.

Konstantin Meleounis (John Kapelos) is still a threat to her secret as long as he remains in Salem as Maggie Kiriakis’ (Suzanne Rogers) guest. More recently however, she’s been lucky as he hasn’t had to do anything for Konstantin so he hasn’t been blackmailing her.

DOOL Spoilers: So Whose Ring Was That?

Alex seemed like he wanted to explain but Theresa was in such a hurry she left their Valentine’s Day dinner in a huff-and she’s just in as much of a hurry!

Alex finds her in a rush to pack up and get away, so apparently she’s either trying to guilt trip him or she’s simply peeved off. Alex didn’t act like he didn’t know about the ring or why it was in his pocket, but he also seemed like he dreaded going into a long explanation.

Now, when Alex first came to Salem he fell hard for Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) and he was so sure she was Ms. Right he may have presumptively bought a ring. But even that wouldn’t make sense for him to keep it in its box in a suit jacket pocket for that long!

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Is It For Her Or Not?

Alex has some regrets because he rushes after Theresa after she made such a scene in the restaurant to try and explain the ring-he only told her she’d misunderstood.

He doesn’t want to lose his girlfriend but on the other hand he doesn’t want to mislead her-and it’s obvious the ring was not intended for her. His main regret is keeping the darn thing in its box in his jacket pocket when he should have put it in a safe.

He will have some sort of explanation-if he didn’t buy it maybe he inherited it, could it possibly have belonged to his mother? Again, just keeping it in its box in a suit jacket pocket was very dumb-and he’ll have a lot of explaining to do to keep Theresa from running far from him!
