The Young and the Restless spoilers say that Courtney Hope is in her “love era.” The actress, who is best known for her role as Sally Spectra on the hit CBS soap, shared a beautiful new photo of herself on her Instagram account. Keep reading below for everything you need to know.

Sharing her Valentine’s Day photo in which she has on a black dress with printed roses and knee-black boots, Courtney wrote, “Love should be celebrated like this every day.”

Now, that is a statement that everyone can agree on. The single and ready to mingle actress has been living her best life and it has certainly shown, too. She is happy and glowing! The last time that Courtney was in a relationship was in early 2023 when she was dating her The Young and the Restless co-star Mark Grossman. The couple broke up however just after a few short months.

Courtney also recently shared a post about her younger self and how she wishes she could have told her that things were going to get better. Don’t we all sometimes feel that way? She wrote, “I recently read an excerpt from my journal from nine years ago, where my heart ached for wanting to get a project where I could have a steady, not fleeting, job doing what I loved on set every day after being out here for over a decade. The funny thing was that one year later I booked the job(s) that would change my life, but I obviously didn’t know that then.”

Courtney then asked, “What areas of your life can you offer the younger, vulnerable, visionary YOU some more love today? How can you use your past experiences to enhance the way you see your future developing? Does it change the way you wish to show up and support yourself today?”

Courtney then continued, “I smiled because I felt the desperation through my words and the deep craving for my passion, and I wanted to give younger me a hug- If she ONLY KNEW. And I wanted to tell her how PROUD I was of her for not giving up.”
