Y&R Spoilers Monday, February 19: Ashley’s Meltdown, Seth Is Jordan’s Trojan Horse

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Monday, February 19 indicate that evil auntie Jordan (Colleen Zenk) keeps pretending to be “Isabel” as she works over a drunk and miserable Seth (Brian Gaskill).

Isn’t it amazing how Seth melted like a snowman in July immediately after coming to Nikki Newman’s (Melody Thomas Scott) rescue, presumably after years of being her responsible AA sponsor?

Jordan manipulates Seth into calling Nikki and professing how he doesn’t want to lose her as a friend. Nikki was not mad at him when she dropped him as her sponsor, she just couldn’t be around him as she worked to get clean.

So when Seth sounds so sad, Nikki agrees to let him come over to the ranch where she is hiding out from Jordan. Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) has the place full of security, but Jordan gets key intel after Seth’s meeting with Nikki.

The Young and the Restless spoilers: Nikki Has a Soft Spot

Jordan was right when she told Nikki she would find a way to get to her, and she wouldn’t see it coming! By using Seth, Jordan now knows how to get past security and confront Nikki.

It looks like there is going to be another epic showdown between these two women, and hopefully Nikki will be in her right mind and able to fight back this time.

Y&R spoilers: Ashley’s World Tumbles Down

Meanwhile, the show continues to parade around the once solid character known as Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) like a torn puppet.

A bizarre storyline centered on a confusing Parisian café episode should have been put out of its misery long ago. Instead, fans must now sit through an unwanted extension of Ashley’s weird brain fantasies.

Last week she was rear ended which caused her to remember something awful from her past (please don’t try to make this story make sense, it just doesn’t).

One thing leads to another, and on Monday we see Ashley shouting “shut up” to the voices in her head. Clearly this plot has spiraled out of control.

It’s hard to imagine where the show will take this ill-conceived storyline next. Will Ashley strike out at the man she blames for her crisis, Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John)?
