While on the Jimmy Kimmel Live! show, Gwen opened up about her Valentine’s Day with her husband, Blake Shelton, and made sure to point out that everything is okay in paradise, despite what some people are reporting about their relationship. When asked about the diamond ring that she was flaunting on her finger, Gwen said, “Does he pick that out? Or does he have like some friend that [helps]? He really like, mixed it up. Usually, I like, get like amazing flowers, that I love, love, love. But this was just a, ‘Here you go!’”

Recalling the moment she got the ring, Gwen said, “And I was like ‘Ahh! He did the whole thing. I love you Blakey!” 

Yet, one source close to the situation suggests that this might all just be a show that Gwen Stefani is putting on to quash rumors that her marriage is in trouble. Because in reality, the couple is apparently having a very hard time keeping things together. 

The insider told Life & Style magazine, “Gwen and Blake used to be inseparable, but that’s changed. But this is just a temporary thing. Everyone loves them together.”

Now, whether or not Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton truly do make it remains to be seen. For now it seems like they are just trying to get ahead of all the tabloid rumors before they grow bigger. Do you agree?
