General Hospital spoilers and updates for Wednesday, February 14 tease anniversary celebrations, magic moments, and close calls.
Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) suggests celebrating his anniversary, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) and Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) enjoy a magic moment and Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) has a close call!
At the Ashford-Robinson home, Curtis suggests to Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) that they celebrate their anniversary properly as Portia smiles.
More than likely, since their daughter Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) is grieving Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) they’ll do something special at home, or at least private. Curtis seems to be recovering well from his experimental procedure to restore his full functionality.
Perhaps they intend to try that out in the privacy of their bedroom. That would be a proper way to celebrate a first anniversary.
Chase and Brook Lynn are outside in the evening sitting on a bench as he tells her this will be a Valentine’s Day to remember.
It will be their last Valentine’s Day single as their wedding day is moving up fast, Brook Lynn’s mother Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) helping handle the details. Chase and Brook Lynn decided on a simple ceremony and quickly enough for his terminally ill father Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) to officiate. Anyone who doesn’t know them would see a couple deeply in love and experiencing a magic moment.
At the Savoy, Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) and Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) are at the Valentine’s Day party and Maxie confides something to Sasha.
It seems she’d like a second try with someone special and Sasha asks if she’s ever thought about trying again. Other than her late husband Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) nothing has seemed to work out with anyone-and one or two exes have died.
Sasha keeps giving the encouragement to Maxie about giving a second try to a special someone who happens to be there at the party too. Sasha’s not the only one trying to push a former couple back together.
Also at the Valentine Day’s party at the Savoy are Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) and Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) and Spinelli’s frustrated. He throws his hands up on the air and notes tonight he failed to find the woman of his dreams-Cody will tell him not so fast!
He’s trying to push Spinelli and Maxie back together as well, since both he and Sasha can tell there’s still something there in spite of their denials. Besides, their daughter Georgie Spinelli (Lily Fisher) wants her parents back together too!
At the Quartermaine gatehouse, Willow and Michael Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen, Chad Duell) are working on their relationship after being separated over a month.
Willow tells Michael there’s something she’d like to get off her chest-Michael looks at her and listens intently. They’ve been working out their differences and their rift had been serious; Willow doesn’t like when someone keeps secrets.
Michael had been keeping some doozies of secrets and when it all blew up on New Year’s Eve, Willow found herself needing some space. They are finally talking things over and making changes, and hoping their changes stick.
Elsewhere, Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) receives some troubling news and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) will as well. They’ll learn that Sam’s son, Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) is in some kind of trouble, and Sam’s obviously blindsided as she asks what’s that supposed to mean?
The trouble that they learn about appears to be something rather serious, and Danny hasn’t given any trouble as he grew up. The nature of the trouble will be even more troubling to Dante and Sam when all is explained.
Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) is ready to put Dex out of Sonny’s misery, and Dex won’t betray the person who paid him the two large installments.
Dex tells him knowing who it was would hurt Sonny but it falls on deaf ears-it was Michael, but Dex won’t reveal it. Dex told Sonny just to do what he has to, and Sonny thinks he has to kill Dex for betraying him, and Sonny says wrong answer!
But Dex may get a last minute save from the close call he’s in now. A female voice will cry out for Sonny to stop, and it has to be either Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) or Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy).
