The Young and the Restless spoilers say that Adam Newman is certainly feeling like a very bad father these days. While it’s no secret that his son Connor has been having trouble at school, Adam is disappointed that he’s reaching out to his mother Chelsea Newman before him. The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Adam Newman Feels Like A Bad Father

According to the latest episode of The Young and the Restless, Adam tells Sally that he doesn’t like it that Connor called Chelsa and not him about his problems at school. Sally does her best to try and be Adam’s advocate, but Adam keeps on putting himself down. He feels like a failure of a person and as a father. It seems like Sally can’t say nothing to help make Adam feel better about himself.

Of course, many The Young and the Restless fans sure do have a lot to say about the matter on social media. Some have even commented with, “Adam’s got very low self-esteem, because he’s attacked constantly by everyone in that town except Sally and Jack. What he really wants is Victor’s love and approval, neither of which he’ll ever get unconditionally,” along with, “Sally is keeping Adam grounded. I loved their conversation in this episode. But I will say that everyone knows a kid always calls Mom first. Adam has to stop feeling sorry for himself. That’s one of the things that gets him into trouble.”

The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Adam Wants To Be Closer To Connor

Another viewer wrote, “I thinks it’s hard because he and Chelsea are not together. Connor actually called his father first not that long ago. I feel like Chelsea doesn’t see Adam’s side and that feeling resonates on Adam because he’s not there for Connor.”
