General Hospital spoilers and updates for Thursday, February 1 tease wedding planning, unhappy couple, and devastation. Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) plans and shares wedding ideas, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) are unhappy, and Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) shares her devastation.

General Hospital Spoilers: Patient Assistance

At the hospital, Adam Wright (Joshua Benard) receives some patient assistance from Josslyn Jacks, (Eden McCoy) Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and patient advocate Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner).

No doubt Adam is ready to get out of the hospital but they want to make sure his progress is really progress. He won’t want to go back with his parents, and from what Josslyn observed when his dad came, she won’t blame him.

Felicia tells Adam how he does so is up to him-the patient is in charge of his recovery in this case. No doubt Josslyn will worry over her friend that she’s trying so hard to fix!

GH Spoilers: Wedding Planning

A bright and bubbly Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) dressed all in red has plans and ideas for Brook Lynn and Chase’s wedding. She smiles as she asks doesn’t that sound spectacular?

Whatever she’s come up with may not sound so spectacular to Brook Lynn and Chase if it’s too complicated or has to be planned too far ahead. They want Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) to be able to participate and be Chase’s best man-they’d even asked him to officiate but he wasn’t sure he’d be up to it.

General Hospital Spoilers: The End Of A Partnership

Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) and Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) face the end of their partnership when Drew tells Michael there’ll be new ground rules in place.

It sounds like he tells him he wants Michael there but only if he complies with said rules. Michael looks blindsided and dismayed as his uncle seems to be changing things a lot without warning.

Either Michael will buck against the new rules and quit, or he’ll refuse to comply and he’ll be fired. Either way, Drew is not the kinder and gentler Drew he once was!

GH Spoilers: Unhappy Couple

At the Quartermaine mansion the unhappy couple Brook Lynn and Chase confront Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot). Brook Lynn is extremely unhappy as she tells an apparently shocked Tracy that they were counting on her to say no!

Tracy rose to the occasion and may have agreed, shockingly, with Lois’ wedding suggestions. Neither one of them expected her to do that!

General Hospital Spoilers: Devastation

Trina’s parents Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) and Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) have now arrived in Paris, on the cruise ship on the river Seine.

Portia stands behind Trina trying to comfort her devastated daughter as she says what matters most is getting Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) back. Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) had come after Trina with a syringe full of an unknown substance which she’d just stabbed Spencer in the back with.

As Spencer struggled with Esme to get the syringe out of her hand, they both went overboard into the river as Trina watched. Trina is devastated as she realizes Spencer may have given his life to save hers.

GH Spoilers: Laura Collins Tries To Hold Out Hope

Laura Collins (Genie Francis) is also there, as well as Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) who must have come with her, Portia and Curtis on the ELQ jet.

Dante has discomforting news to tell Laura as she tells him to just say it-where’s Spencer? She’ll try to hold out hope that Spencer will be found alive, although if the ship was moving, there’s a chance he and Esme were caught in an undertow.

They must have arrived just after Spencer and Esme went overboard, as Spencer mentioned police coming before Esme came after him with the syringe.
