The Young and the Restless fans can’t help but wonder what’s going on with Mark Grossman (Adam Newman) and Courtney Hope (Sally Spectra) again, both on screen and off. Now that it looks like Adam and Sally are getting hot and heavy again, there’s speculation that Mark and Courtney might be getting back together off-screen, too. Here’s what you need to know.
Mark Grossman and Courtney Hope broke up earlier in the year after just a few months of dating. But the fact that they were even together didn’t surprise anyone seeing how Mark and Courtney worked so closely together on the canvas as their characters, Adam and Sally. Plus, they are both very good looking, talented, and from the looks of it, even compatible. It’s no wonder that they fell for each other on the set of the hit CBS soap.
But unfortunately the couple broke up and while no one knows what happened behind the scenes, Mark moved on with his new girlfriend, Carissa Carillo. But that didn’t last very long. Even though Carissa was his date for the Daytime Emmy Awards, their romance seemed to have ended just as quickly as it began.
So now of course fans are wondering if Mark and Courtney are getting together again seeing how their characters are basically giving their on-screen relationship another try. If their real life break up was really that bad, they would have probably refused to work with one another again. That, or they are just consummate professionals.
So far both Mark Grossman and Courtney Hope have not made any comments about the matter but at this point it’s doubtful that anything will even be said.

I don't want to see Sally and Adam characters back together again. I would love to see Wyatt Spencer and Sally Spectra accidentally run into each other in GC, have a drink and dinner and discuss their past, iron it out and forgiving Sally and then them become a couple again on Y&R for a new story line
