The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Jack Finds Himself Drawn To Nikki, Being Her Sponsor A Bad Idea

The Young And The Restless spoilers indicate that Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) has decided that he needs to be Nikki Newman’s (Melody Thomas Scott) sponsor.

However, with Jack and Nikki’s history, this could bring up old feelings that have been long since buried. Is Jack being Nikki’s sponsor a bad idea?

Nikki Newman Has Fallen Off The Wagon

The Young and The Restless spoilers reveal that Nikki has fallen off the wagon thanks to Claire Grace (Hayley Erin) and Aunt Jordan (Colleen Zink).

While she was kidnapped, Nikki was given alcohol through an IV and also left with only a bottle of alcohol to drink instead of water. Jordan was determined to hit Nikki with her worse problem to deal with.

Nikki had been sober for years before this happened and now she cannot put the drink down at all. Nikki has been caught but Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) drinking.

Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) has caught Nikki drunk as well. The whole family knows what Nikki has been doing. Can Jack be the person Nikki needs to keep her sober?

Y&R Spoilers: Nikki Newman’s Sponsor Has Let Her Down

Nikki’s former sponsor fell off the wagon as well and expected Nikki to help him. However, Nikki knew that what both of them needed was a new sponsor, there was no way that these two could help each other when both of them were drinking.

Unfortunately, Nikki feels bad for not being able to help. Nikki felt she could have done more.

Nikki ended up turning to Lauren Fenmore (Tracey E. Bregman) who opened up to Jack Abbott and told him what Nikki was going through.

Jack immediately wanted to help but is he truly the right person? Is Jack offering to help for all the wrong reasons? After all, Jack feels guilty for what he didn’t do years ago and that could get complicated.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Jack Abbott Cares About Nikki Newman

Jack still cares about Nikki even though they are both with someone else. Jack knows that he didn’t handle things well years ago when Nikki began drinking. Jack’s reaction to Nikki’s drinking caused major problems between them. Jack will always feel bad for that.

However, Jack may begin to feel a pull toward Nikki because of her plight. Will Jack and Nikki both feel this pull and maybe even act on it now that they are growing closer?

Could reliving Nikki’s addiction make Jack want to make up for what he didn’t do before? Could Jack sponsoring Nikki turn out to be a big mistake?
