GH Spoilers Update Tuesday, January 23: Worries, Anxiety, Impatience

General Hospital spoilers and updates for Tuesday, January 23 tease worries, anxiety, and impatience. Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) worries, Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) suffers anxiety and Curtis Ashford’s (Donnell Turner) impatient.

General Hospital Spoilers: Worries

After Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) failed to meet with Anna like they planned and Anna hasn’t been able to contact her by phone, she worries.

She goes to GH and finds Jordan’s son TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) and asks if he’s heard from her. Naturally, this starts TJ worrying too, as he asks her if she thinks his mom is in trouble.

It did appear Jordan got in some trouble after being able to trace a gun used in the Metro Court shootings-she was kidnapped by two men. She’s trying to help Curtis solve the case, which caused his paralysis-they had traced the gun to the WSB arsenal in Berlin, but not who got it and how.

GH Spoilers: Anxiety

Also at the hospital, Finn suffers anxiety ahead of his malpractice trial, and tells a shocked Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) maybe this was a bad idea.

He had spoken to a doctor who previously treated the late patient Dennis Muldoon (uncast) in Beecher’s Corners. The doctor couldn’t testify but she and Finn spoke to each other in hypotheticals, which told Finn that Muldoon didn’t keep his follow up appointments with her, either. But that’s all they’ve got to defend Finn, and he’s getting paranoid.

General Hospital Spoilers: Shaming

Elsewhere in the hospital in front of the nurses’ station Stella Henry (Vernee Watson) and Marshall Ashford (Robert Gossett) are talking.

Stella looks disapprovingly at Marshall and says shame on you, Marshall! It’s been literally years since her sister, his wife Irene Ashford (Cheryl Francis Harrington) died and they nearly kissed a few weeks ago.

Yet, Stella quickly got away from Marshall after things started getting romantic as they were dancing on the deck at the Robinson-Ashford house. Sounds like he’s ready to move forward but she wants to take two steps back.

GH Spoilers: Impatience

Meanwhile, Curtis is impatient in his hospital room as he tells Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) to “tell him I want to see him”. Curtis is awaiting the results from his experimental operation, to see if he’ll be able to walk again.

The specialist surgeon who performed the operation and TJ will be doing pin pricks all over Curtis’ legs and feet, and perhaps up higher to see if he can feel it. If he can’t, then the procedure didn’t work-if he can, he’ll be entering physical therapy to help him learn to walk again.

General Hospital Spoilers: Misunderstanding

Elsewhere, Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) is talking to Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) at the Metro Court, where earlier he saw her with Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) at the bar.

Tracy tells Gregory to believe her when she tells him it’s not how it appears. Gregory, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) and Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) had been having dinner when they saw them.

Brook Lynn remarked she didn’t trust Baldwin and wasn’t pleased to see him and her grandmother together again. Gregory wants the straight story, concerned for his soon in-law.

GH Spoilers: An Axe To Grind-Or Throw!

Brook Lynn and Chase are now at the axe throwing place as Brook Lynn obviously has an axe to grind – or maybe, to throw! She’s not happy with the person who crossed the line with her grandmother.

Said person will likely soon get a good tongue lashing from Brook Lynn for messing with Tracy. As dysfunctional and hurtful as Quartermaines can be with each other, if someone else hurts one of them there’s the devil to pay!

General Hospital Spoilers: Demanding Answers

Brook Lynn isn’t the only one demanding answers, as a jealous Martin Gray (Michael E. Knight) confronts Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring)! He and she were supposed to be focusing in on each other as they ate dinner at the Metro Court, and yet the whole time she was staring at Scott!

He wants to know what’s going on, having heard from Tracy previously how Scott and Lucy had a history of cheating with and on each other.

Lucy’s been so hyper focused on her and Scott’s plan to get Deception Cosmetics away from Tracy, she hasn’t been focused enough on Martin. He stares her down as he says he wants the whole truth, and nothing but, and now!
