There’s some General Hospital wild speculation that suggests Jason Morgan might end up in a romance with Ava Jerome. Because why not? Ava’s the entire package. She’s smart, she’s witty, she’s sexy and she certainly knows how to protect herself. Yet some fans of the show think that Ava could actually be too old for Jason. Can you even believe it?

It goes without saying that many General Hospital fans have had a lot to say about the matter on social media. Some have even commented with, “There are people who think Ava is too old for Jason?! Jason has been an adult since Bill Clinton was president. Steve Burton is literally older than Maura West,” along with, “I literally am not looking forward to this at all. Everything has been done, every pairing etc. And God forbid they bring in Leslie Charleson for a quick scene and Jason tries to hug her.”

And then there was this comment as well: “This is what I call institutionalized sexism in entertainment. For years, Hollywood paired 40-50 yr old men with women in their 20s to the point where when they paired them with women their own age, they’re seen as too old. Even though the majority of RL couples are close in age.”

We have a feeling that whoever the writers pair up Ava with, it’s going to be hot.
