Someone hold the phone! Could the writers of The Young and the Restless be foreshadowing or is there something that they just haven’t told us yet? That’s what a lot of fans can’t help but wonder as it looked like Sharon Rosales had a sudden name change during the most recent episode of the show. According to the latest episode of The Young and the Restless, Sharon held a small sign that said ‘Sharon Newman CEO’ and not Sharon Rosales, which is her current name. As many fans know, Sharon was married to Rey Rosales before he perished in a road accident late last year. Sharon has technically not changed her name back to Newman unless the writers are trying to give fans a clue as to what might be ahead. In other words, is Sharon going to marry Nick Newman again? Hmmm.
Of course, many The Young and the Restless fans have had a lot of theories about the matter. Some have even commented with, “You are right! The writers have completely screwed up!! She IS Sharon Rosales!!!! Good catch and now I’m sad. I absolutely loved Rey Rosales and their entire crazy family,” along with, “It’s seems wrong for her to drop Rey’s name. Maybe she never took it???? I mean it seemed wrong to me to kill off Rey – but what do I know.”
Another eagle-eyed fan wrote, “Ya when did Sharon drop Rosales and go back to Newman? Unless they are going to put them back together. That’s what the dream was all about. She’s still in love with Nick.”

I hope they didn't make a mistake, I'm praying for Nick and Sharon to be together again , they have grown so close again and I can see that they still love each other.
