Whatever the case, other critics think that Sharon deserves better. This relationship with Chase is not worth it if it’s only going to cause her problems in the long run.

Sharon wanted a carefree romance, which is understandable given her recent widowhood. Chance wanted more. She didn’t so she ended it. He understood.
