Meghan Markle Was ‘Unavailable’ For Suits Reunion

What else could she possibly be doing on a Sunday night? That’s what a lot of fans can’t help but wonder as there’s a new report that suggests Meghan Markle was unavailable for her Suits reunion at the Golden Globes this past weekend. Even though her former co-stars  Patrick J. Adams, Gabriel Macht, Sarah Rafferty and Gina Torres were all there, the Duchess of Sussex skipped out on the ceremony and of course, fans want to know why. According to Page Six, one source close to the situation said, “We asked the duchess, but we were told that, unfortunately, she had a previous commitment.”

Now, what kind of previous commitment the Duchess of Sussex would have on a Sunday night is that everyone wants to know, especially everyone from Hollywood was under one roof at the Golden Globes. 

Of course, many critics sure did have a lot to say about the matter on social media. Some even commented with, “Big difference, she was invited by the cast members to join them onstage but the committee probably nixed it. She wasn’t in a starring role and they knew she would probably try to grab the mic! I don’t think this is true as Meghan would never give up the chance to be on such a big stage,” along with, “She would miss her child’s birth to go to the Golden Globes. I actually wish she was invited to see her live reaction meltdown to being the butt of many jokes and a laughing stock to Hollywood for being broke losers and grifters. Not even Ted Sarandos could hide it.”

And then there was this comment as well: “The Suits cast didn’t even have her number, nor was she in their group chat, so how were they able to ask Rachel? What an embarrassment.”
