Y&R Spoilers Update Friday, January 12: Ashley & Audra’s Meow-Off, Victor’s Desperation, Claire Confronts Jordan

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Friday, January 12 tease a meow-off between cosmetics queen Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) and business bed hopper Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver).

As fans have been told (and told) Ashley is obsessed with Audra’s Svengali, Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John), namely that he acted ragefully in Paris, which he denies. At the GCAC Audra has just kissed Tucker goodbye when Ashley walks in and confronts her.

Audra has no use for Ashley but the blonde chemist is insistent—she needs to tell her about Tucker’s hidden rage. Is Ashley be concerned that he will lash out at Audra as he did with her, an event fans are not sure even happened?

What is going on with Ashley, is she headed for another breakdown, and if so is this an appealing storyline to you, Y&R fans?

Meanwhile, Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle), Cole Howard (J. Eddie Peck), and Claire Grace (Hayley Erin) are back in Oregon, the scene of the crime. Claire sleeps all day in a ball, but is adamant that she is strong enough to confront her captor, Jordan (Colleen Zenk). Really?

At least Victoria is smart enough to know this is a bad idea, but she goes along with it anyway, allowing Claire to be alone with Jordan in jail. Hopefully this is not a sign that Victoria will spend the rest of her life giving in to Claire’s demands due to her overwhelming guilt.

Y&R spoilers: Claire Demands Her Way

Luckily Victoria has steady and dependable Cole and they wait together while fragile Clair interrogates evil Jordan. Spoilers indicate that Jordan does not come clean about her past behavior, but Claire may be able to cathart anyway.

At the very least she now knows that she can have her way with her parents, who should have shown some tough love instead of submission.

The Young and the Restless spoilers: Victor’s Plea

Elsewhere, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) has his work cut out for him as he tries to cement his status as Nikki Newman’s (Melody Thomas Scott) ally and savior.

She has not been entirely honest about her alcohol use and he isn’t going to let her slip away. Victor may call his wife out her out for lying and demand that she allow him to help her.
