The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers hint that Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) and Cole Howard (J. Eddie Peck) revisit their secret affair. The two reunited on the Tuesday, January 9th episode. Read on to learn more.
The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that the show revisited Ashley and Cole’s secret affair. Ashley was part of the supposed death of Cole and Victoria Newan’s (previously Heather Tom) baby. On top of that, their marriage was already deeply entrenched with infidelity and trust issues.
As a result, Ashley spent a lot of time with Cole amid his wife’s absence. Victoria moved out on him. Cole and Ashley started kissing during their research sessions. Victoria returned home just to see them kissing through the window.
The Young and the Restless spoilers also reveal that Ashley was also having an affair with Victor Newman (Eric Braeden). Cole and Victoria ended their marriage, and Cole proposed to Ashley.
That was around the time when Victoria learned she was pregnant with Cole’s child. Sadly, their baby died of health complications. However, she was raised by Cole’s Aunt Jordan (Colleen Zenk).
According to The Young and the Restless spoilers, Ashley and Cole cross paths. During Tuesday’s episode, Ashley walked into Crimson Lights after her tense interaction with Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) at the Club. She was shocked to see Cole standing in front of her.
Ashley had a big smile on her face. She flashes back to the two talking about their marriage. She complained to Cole about him confiding in Victoria. Ashley goes back to the present moment and asks, “Cole?”
Cole stands up from his seat and hugs her. He tells her that she looks “More beautiful than ever.” Ashley assumed that she would never see Cole again. She asks him the reason for his return to Genoa City. Cole responded, “Well, that’s kinda complicated.”
The Young and the Restless spoilers suggest that Ashley is interested in learning more about Cole’s story. He tells her that it’s a private family issue. She tells him she hopes everything works out.
Cole asks Ashley about getting married. She tells him that her marriage didn’t end well. Ashley says she wished she had better luck. Victoria Newman (now Amelia Heinle) walks in as Cole tells Ashley that she is “too good for him.”

That Cole needs to spiff himself up a bit. He always looks like he slept in his clothes and doesn't own a razor. That rugged beard look doesn't suit him very well. I would love to see him cleaned up a bit'
