While some people think this was a coincidence, other people think that this was staged as Prince Harry and Meghan Markle suddenly made a public ‘appearance’ on the same day as Kate Middleton’s 42nd birthday. Even though it’s been several weeks since there’s been a sighting of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex in public, they suddenly appeared out of nowhere for a little date night in their hometown of Montecito. And of course, there are a lot of critics out there who think this was staged all because Meghan Markle supposedly has some much ‘hatred’ for Kate Middleton that she would even swipe the headlines away from her on her own birthday. But then again, this is all just speculation. No one knows what’s really going on behind closed doors at Harry and Meghan’s house and why the Duchess of Sussex seems to be timing her paparazzi shots the way that she has been doing.

Some critics took to social media to comment on the matter with, “No one in Hollywood walks with security. Does anyone think Harry might have PTSD with the paps and the cameras or is he just faking it?” along with, “Like clockwork. Markle always has to get her face out there in time for Kate’s birthday.”

Another critic wrote, “Can they go anywhere without holding hands and clinging to one another? After the Golden Globes huge insult, and the audience laughing, M&H are desperate.”

And then there was this comment as well: “I honestly think she has finally realized she’s been canceled.”

So far the Duchess of Sussex herself has not made any comments about the criticism she’s received.
