Y&R Spoilers Update Wednesday, January 3: Daniel’s Romantic Reality Check, Summer & Sharon Get Territorial Over Chance

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Wednesday, January 3 tease that forthright Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) confronts Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) over her feelings for Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd).

Everyone, not just Sharon, has noticed Summer come alive when Chance is around. On top of that, after Sharon bailed on attending a concert with him, he asked Summer who acted like she had just been asked to accompany him to the Taj Mahal.

In terms of chronological order, Sharon had Chance first. They are not talking marriage or anything more than having fun, but Sharon needs to know what Summer’s agenda is within their mutual territory.

Daniel may suggest he is partly to blame, too. More importantly, because he is involved with Lily Winters (Christel Khalil), he may tell Heather it’s best forget about their intimacy. Because keeping secrets never backfires.

But eyes are the windows to the soul, and Heather and Daniel’s eyes seem awfully longing when Danny Romalotti (Michael Damian) sees them together.

Additionally, Danny finds Lucy Romalotti (Lily Brooks O’Briant) encouraging her parents to get back together so he is concerned for everyone’s sake about what’s transpiring.

Danny is no stranger to what it’s like to be caught between two women—he has decades of being the main attraction between Phyllis

Summers (Michelle Stafford) and Christine Blair (Lauralee Bell). And this scenario is back in business in the present day, with both women fighting over the rock star.

Danny could warn Daniel that he needs to limit his time with Heather if he wants to be with Lily. Or he could inquire if Daniel really wants Heather, not Lily.
