General Hosptial News: Laura Wright Is Feeling Overwhelmed

General Hospital star Laura Wright (Carly Corinthos) is feeling very overwhelmed these days. But don’t worry, it’s not what you are thinking. It’s actually a good thing. The actress is definitely feeling the love after her character Carly Corinthos found out that her on-screen mother Bobbie had died during the most recent episode of the show. It has defintiely been a very emotional time for Carly and Laura is doing a great job of portraying all of those tough emotions on the small screen. The beautiful blonde took to her Twitter account and wrote, “I’m overwhelmed by all of your post about today’s episode- I’m so grateful to have worked with @JackieZeman and it was my honor to tell this part of our story. And thank you @CameronMathison for your support xoxox.”

Of course, many of Laura’s fans commented on her post with, “We’ve been waiting to see Jackie honored and remembered since we heard the sad news of her passing. You are doing a beautiful job of expressing the loss of a daughter for her mother and we feel it,” along with, “I appreciate your efforts so much in this it’s very hard for me to watch but it’s impossible not to watch. We have been waiting for this tribute for quite a while now all indications are it will be fitting #BobbiSpencer will live on like Alan Q, Edward and Lila, Luke and so many.”

General Hosptial News: What’s Next For Carly Corinthos?

Another General Hospital fan wrote, “Heartbreaking to watch. I felt like I was watching a real daughter mourn for her mother. The words you wished you would’ve said!!!! Bravo to you for such raw emotion. And Cameron’s performance was heartfelt as well!!!”
