A lot of critics couldn’t help but wonder what had happened to Ben when Jennifer was spotted taking a stroll by herself on the beach of St. Barths. That’s mostly because the two are always joined at the hip, and especially if the cameras are nearby. Yet, Jennifer, being one of the biggest superstars in the world, looked rather lonely during her beach walk, prompting speculation that the couple might have had one of their nasty fights again.

As many critics and celebrity watchers already know by now, Ben and Jen have not had a very good 2023. That’s because they spent most of the year fighting on the red carpet or in front of the paparazzi during their early morning coffee runs. In fact, the Hollywood actor looked more miserable than he looked happy whenever his wife was around him.

Now, that’s not to say that things are falling apart between Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez. But they do know that there are whispers about their marriage with a lot of people predicting that a divorce announcement might come soon. The last thing that Jennifer wants is another embarassing divorce or someone to tell her “I told you so.” She’s going to do whatever it takes to make her marriage work.
