The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say that it looks like Xander might have returned to this fictional town of Los Angeles to remind everyone what kind of dangerous killer Thomas Forrester is. In fact, Xander is one of the very few people that know the truth about Emma’s death as it was Thomas who had driven her off the road. But, some fans think that Thomas might have been suffering from a brain tumor back then as he’s definitely changed his ways since that episode. Or has he? As many The Bold and the Beautiful fans can recall, during the Hope mannequin storyline, Thomas had suddenly collapsed in front of her. She ended up rushing him to the hospital where it was revealed that he had suffered a head trauma from an earlier fall and that he was also bleeding from the brain. While it wasn’t specified that Thomas was suffering from a brain tumor at the time, that seems to be what a lot of fans think. Many have commented on Thomas’ situation with, “So they got xander back to destroy Thope? didn’t thomas have a brain tumor or something when he was that dark person ? Doesn’t hope and everyone besides finn know about what all he did in the past?”

Another fan wrote, “I’m glad they are not sweeping this under the rug. I never liked how Thomas got away with drugging Brooke, practically raping Caroline and killing Emma. I don’t think it was the brain tumor,” along with, “No one is allowed the change on this show except Brooke. Plus they all forget the part where Thomas had a brain tumor back then.”
