The Young and the Restless spoilers say that Victor Newman has finally gotten a clue! But really, how long has it taken him? It seems like no one at the Newman Ranch has noticed just how bad things have gotten for Nikki Newman as she began to spiral out of control with her drinking again. According to the latest The Young and the Restless episode, with his children Nick and Victoria beside him, Victor discovered that the vodka in one bottle at his house has been replaced with water. What took him so long to figure this out? Victor’s wife has been drinking herself to oblivion and even though the Newmans know that she has a history with alcohol abuse, no one has done anything to make sure that their home becomes alcohol free. Well, until now.
Of course, many Y&R fans have had a lot to say about the matter on social media. Some have even commented with, “They shouldn’t be having that liquor out with what Jordan did to Nikki. It was too easy for her to just reach for the vodka. I can’t imagine why that would taste good to anyone. Taste like robitussin cough syrup to me. LOL,” along with, “If Nicki was just pretending to drink, to throw Jordan off, what about the swig she took out of that bottle at the cabin? Jordan would give her the real thing.”
Another fan wrote, “The vodka shouldn’t have been there in the first place. Why did he leave an open bar with Nikki’s recent episode. He couldn’t smell it on her for weeks but he can tell what percent is vodka and water? This doesn’t make any sense at all. No wonder the Newmans are always in such trouble. How is Victor even still in business?
