Some have even commented with, “There’s only been 3x when a recast on a Soap Opera has won me over. It made me love a character who I previously had no feelings on or couldn’t stand. Justin Hartley as Adam Newman #YR Gina Tognoni as Phyllis Summers #YR Krista Allen as Dr. Taylor Hayes. This is such a travesty! B&B needs to do better,” along with, “Honestly? I’d wouldn’t put it past them to kill the character off now. They’ve completely spoiled the well. Hunter Tylo isn’t giving them the time of day and Krista is within her rights to never speak to this show again. Another Taylor Hayes recast won’t fly with most fans.”

So far the producers of the show have not made any comments about Taylor’s future. If she’s not killed off, then there a very good chance that she might be recast with a brand new actress. That will certainly be interesting to see, if not also a very controversial move made by the producers, especially since so many fans grew to love Krista Allen.
