The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for Monday, December 18 reveal that Eric Forrester (John McCook) underwent an experimental surgery to save his life. There are no guarantees and while there was a complication, Eric seemed to be saved.
However, fans then watched Eric see Stephanie Forrester (Susan Flannery). Stephanie urged Eric to come to the light. So, either Eric is dreaming or John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) and Bridget Forrester (Ashley Jones) will race to save the patriarch’s life.
B&B spoilers for Monday, December 18 reveal that Eric saw a bright light after his experimental procedure. Eric also saw Stephanie, his late wife and what many fans call the only true Forrester matriarch.
Stephanie urged Eric to go to the light and of course, at that moment, it really seemed as if he was considering it.
Over in the Earthly realm, Finn and Bridget will have to race to save Eric’s life. It’s being assumed that Eric isn’t having a coma dream or an anesthetic side effect.
Let’s say Eric really is coding. If that’s the case, it would be very soap for his life to be saved, but the Forrester family has to wait even longer to see if Eric even wakes up. Then, wouldn’t it be a miracle for Eric to wake up on Christmas?
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for Monday, December 18 reveal that Eric might see more flashbacks. Fans recall from the Friday, December 15, 2023, episode, Eric didn’t just see Stephanie in Heaven.
Eric also saw his loved ones back on Earth, including Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang). So, Eric could very well be given a choice in Heaven: stay with Stephanie or go back to the rest of his family.
On Monday, December 18, fans might also see Finn and Bridget bond while saving Eric’s life. Fans might also see Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) wrestle with his guilt.
Thorne Forrester (Winsor Harmon) will continue to be a bundle of nerves. Meanwhile, a lot of family members still remain in the dark about the latest on Eric’s condition. At some point, Ridge or someone else needs to make those phone calls.
