It’s Almost Over For Prince Harry And Meghan Markle

Just when you thought things couldn’t get any worse for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, it just did. There’s a new report that says the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s charitable foundation, Archewell, just made $1.2 million in donations this past year, which is about an $11 million dollar drop compared to the previous year.

This has prompted a lot of people to wonder if things are really over for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. Keep reading below for everything you need to know.

Royal Family News: It’s Almost Over For Prince Harry And Meghan Markle

According to the Telegraph, business is not very good for Harry and Meghan. Their Archewell Foundation’s revenue for this past year is actually in the red at $674,485. In other words, Harry and Meghan are bleeding money and not in a good way at all.

However, a tax filing from 2022 that has been published this year shows that they’ve still received donations in the amount of $1.2 million from the foundation.

They also received $100,000 for the Halo Trust, a mine-clearing charity that was once supported by Prince Harry’s mother, Princess Diana. Harry visited the charity during his trip to Africa back in 2019.

The tax filing also shows that the foundation had spent more than they received in 2022 and even though there was a gap, it was still less than the $8.5 million they have in funding, which has grown to $11.2 million. So in other words, things aren’t as bad as they may seem for Archewell and the Sussexes. 

Royal Family News: What’s Next For Prince Harry And Meghan Markle?

So far Prince Harry and Meghan Markle themselves have not said anything about the report, but that hasn’t stopped their critics from the other side of the pond to criticize them over their losses on social media.

A report by GB News suggests that Harry and Meghan just worked one hour per week during the 2022 calendar year. Now, whether or not that is true really is anyone’s guess. Watch this space as we have a feeling there is more juicy royal drama to come.
