The Bold And The Beautiful spoilers for Tuesday, December 12 indicate that Eric Forrester’s (John McCook) life hangs in the balance. Eric’s loved ones do not all agree with Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye).

Eric’s family comes and shares their fondest memories as Ridge grapples with his decision. What will Ridge decide to do? Will Eric wake up and ask for Finn’s help?

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers: Eric Forrester Is Near Death

Eric has been in bad shape for a while now. However, Eric is now unconscious and the only treatment is experimental. Unfortunately, Ridge isn’t willing to put Eric through an experimental procedure when they have no guarantees of it working. Eric simply wants to transfer Eric to comfort care and allow him to die in peace.

Some people, especially Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis) are not happy that Ridge has all of the say in what happens to Eric. Donna has been living with Eric for some time and doesn’t want to lose him now.

Ridge wants his father to die with dignity and not be pitied, that was Eric’s main concern. However, shouldn’t Eric be given a chance if at all possible?

Eric Forrester’s Family Disagrees

The Bold And The Beautiful spoilers reveal that not everyone agrees with Ridge’s decision to just allow Eric to die without even trying to help him.

Eric didn’t believe there was any hope or he would have been willing to try another approach. Now that Ridge has power of attorney, he has the only choice and unless someone changes his mind, Eric doesn’t have much time.

Could Bridget be Ridge’s voice of reason? Bridget is a doctor and could help Ridge to decide if the experimental treatment is worth it or not.

Will the family be able to get through to Ridge before he makes a huge mistake? Will Eric wake up before Ridge has to make a decision and let everyone know what he wants?

B&B Spoilers: Forrester Family Fond Memories

All of the Forrester family will get a chance to come by the hospital and visit with Eric while Ridge weighs his decision. Ridge doesn’t want to lose his dad any more than the next person but Eric needs something done quickly if there is any hope of saving him and Ridge has a limited time to decide what he is going to do.

Will the Forresters leave the hospital with their memories and nothing more? Will Ridge decide that he needs to do everything he can to save his father including this experimental treatment?

Eric means a lot to his family and none of them are ready to let him go. However, if the treatment happens, there could be complications as well. What will happen to Eric in the end?
