The Young and the Restless spoilers say that things are going to get significantly worse for Nikki Newman before they get better. While Victor Newman is trying to support his wife and has even taken the blame for some of the things that he’s said and done in the past, it might be a little too late. Nikki has fallen off the wagon and it’s going to take all of the strength in the world for her to get back up again. In the meantime, there’s going to be major trouble in her marriage to Victor because of it. Here’s what you need to know.

While there’s no doubt that Victor and Nikki’s marriage has already stood the test of time, it’s far from perfect. After all, they are a couple who have done plenty of things behind each other’s backs. Nikki is just as guilty for her behavior as Victor is for some of his dirty deeds from the past, too. But together, they’ve managed to operate as a solid partnership. Professionally, Victor and Nikki know their roles. But emotionally, there’s still so much to unpack.

The Young and the Restless spoilers say that Nikki’s alcoholism is not going to go away anytime soon. And because of it, she’s going to spend a lot of time drinking and by herself, no less. When she is going to be with her family, Nikki is going to be completely inebriated and incoherent. With Victor trying to keep Newman Enterprise alive, he doesn’t have the time or the patience to deal with Nikki’s alcoholism. 

The Young and the Restless Divorce: What’s Next For Victor And Nikki?

Sure, Victor cares about Nikki. They’ve been together for many long years. But some would say that Victor doesn’t love Nikki as much as he cares for her. Victor Newman is the kind of man who really doesn’t love anyone, as he’s even shown that he’s willing to throw his kids under the bus and play mind games with them just to see if they are capable enough to handle his business. The same could be said about Nikki, too. He doesn’t want to babysit her and her alcoholism is going to distract him from more important matters at hand. So, does this mean that they might be headed for a divorce? Maybe.
