The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say that there are going to be a lot of people missing from Eric Forrester’s funeral and it seems like their reasons for missing it just doesn’t make much sense. In fact, fans seem to be outraged on social media over the fact that Felicia, Kristin, and Rick are all missing from this storyline. And why? It’s because they are all supposedly on a safari and can’t come see the Forrester family patriarch one last time! Here’s what you need to know.

According to the latest episode of The Bold and the Beautiful, Ridge made a phone call to Thorne informing him of the party that was being held for Eric that afternoon. Yes, he called his brother and invited him to a party that was happening that same day and with very little notice, too. However, Thorne said that Felicia, Kristen, and Rick are still on safari and that they can’t get to L.A. To make matters worse, Ridge also left out the details about Eric’s condition. Of course, this has The Bold and the Beautiful fans up in arms over all the gaping holes in this storyline.

Some have even taken to social media to weigh in on the matter with, “I am not for telling people about death over the phone but in this case Ridge should have told Thorne. Thorne needs time so he can prepare to bring his family home to say their goodbyes. To see Eric alive for what could be their final time,” along with, “I guess they’ll still be on Safari when Eric is dead. Donna never mentions her son or granddaughter.”
