The Young and the Restless Spoilers Update Tuesday, December 5: Nikki’s Sobriety Fear, Victor’s Warning, Victoria Takes a Side

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Tuesday, December 5 reveal that Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) and Heather Stevens (Vail Bloom) have an awkward but charged moment in Genoa City, Wisconsin.

Daniel knows that Heather wants him back but he’s in a relationship with Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) who is getting vibes that things may not be over between the exes.

She has had some moments where she seems uncomfortable with Heather’s presence but what can Daniel do? He and Heather are co-parents and he is thrilled that his daughter is back in town, too.

Y&R Spoilers: Nikki In Peril

The Newman family ordeal is over, but the effects of being targeted by Aunt Jordan (Colleen Zenk) and Claire Grace (Hayley Erin) linger. Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) lost her sobriety because of the wenches, and this will be a difficult time for her given all she has been through.

Look for Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) to have reason for concern about his wife and the bottle this week. Also facing a harrowing choice, Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) must confront the reality that Claire is her daughter.

Claire is in jail but Victoria and Cole Howard (J. Eddie Peck) want to visit her and get some more clarity which could mean they suggest a DNA test, stat.

Y&R Spoilers: Victor Not Happy

Elsewhere, Victor offers Devon Hamilton-Winters (Bryton James) words of wisdom regarding Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic). Victor fired Nate for trying to have him committed for his fake dementia and he warns Devon about taking the traitor back at Chancellor-Winters.

Devon wants to hear Victor’s side of the story and The Mustache goes off on Nate.

This will either make Devon wary of or pity his cousin, who, after all, is family. Devon would be wise to remember that Nate was also involved with Victor’s daughter which no doubt played a part in his disdain for the former surgeon.
