While she’s not a part of any significant storylines right now, many viewers can’t help but wonder why she wasn’t informed about Eric Forrester’s ailing health, seeing how she’s worked so closely with him and the rest of the family over at Forrester Creations. What’s going on with Paris Buckingham? She works for the Forrester Creations Foundation, but yet it seems like she wasn’t invited to Eric’s party and she wasn’t informed about his condition either. What gives? It’s like the character is not important enough to be in the loop.

It goes without saying that many The Bold and the Beautiful fans have had a lot to say about the matter on social media. Some even commented with, “Well she’s black and not apart of that dysfunctional family… so I doubt it. Paris has been hated on since her debut because of her hairstyles and her small crush on boring Finn to try to give that man flavor (yeah I said it)… but it didn’t help. Paris is treated like trash,” along with, “The way they treat the Black characters on this show is appalling! From Carter’s offensive stud storyline with Quin, to treating Zende like an afterthought, to killing off Justin’s niece, to just wasting Paris & not even referencing Maya or Zoe anymore. I don’t know why I bother.”

And then there was this comment as well: “They spent too much time making her weird & homeless when we could have had THIS! She is gorgeous & they have failed to do anything w/the character that makes sense! Paris/Zende/Ex Nicole or Sasha writes itself!”
