The Young and the Restless spoilers say that this is a hookup that probably should have happened a long time ago, but it looks like it’s finally happening now. All signs point to Nick Newman and Lily Winters possibly getting very HOT in the coming weeks. Keep reading below for all of the spoilers you need to know.
In the latest issue of Soap Opera Digest, The Young and the Restless spoilers say that Nick is going to confide into Lily about everything that has happened to the Newman family with their Aunt Jordan drama. They’ve been through hell and back, to put it simply. And it seems like Nick needs a shoulder to cry on and who better to do that with than the sexy and (somewhat available) Lily. Could this be the start of something new? Possibly, and if so, the chemistry between them is going to be fire.
It goes without saying that many The Young and the Restless fans have had a lot to say about this storyline. Some have taken to Twitter to write comments such as, “Lily confides in Nick ? Hmm This has been something a lot of fans have wanted to see since that stand-alone episode years ago . That would be quite interesting but it’s probably just business #yr #Lick or #Nily . I’m just kidding or am I,” along with, “I honestly don’t think it’s going to be anything more than her getting his opinion on something or someone.. my guess would be either Nate or Daniel’s ex Heather.. JMO.”
And then there was this comment as well, “I hope it’s just business because I want him and Sharon to get back together already. They were going to have Nick work with Sharon. They took that away. They had Nick rescue Sharon but then Sally loses the baby. everytime they make you think these writers take our hopes away. Sucks.”
