Is Scout being treated unfairly? That’s what a lot of General Hospital fans can’t help but wonder. At least when Jason Morgan was around, he allowed his children to make all the important decisions in their lives.

But with Drew, he has this crazy idea in thinking that Scout should study abroad despite the fact that she’s in a stage in her life right now that she needs both of her parents close by. Not only that, but Drew has only been back for a week and she’s missed him like crazy.

It goes without saying that many General Hospital fans have had a lot to say about the matter on social media. Some comments have included, “They are making him truly obnoxious and he should have discussed with Sam before presenting to Scout.

I understood it’s a posh day school and study abroad program probably in higher grades,” along with, “So yeah, 13 is still too young for study abroad to me. That’s maybe a few days away on a little trip. Not consulting her mother first. And the strangest selling point to a kid who’s gone through Scout’s trauma.”

Another General Hospital viewer pointed out, “Sam is the custodial parent, she gets to make the decision, not deadbeat Drew. Makes me so sad, Real Drew was a great dad, Scout was his heart. NewDrew…doesn’t care about her at all, she’s just an obstacle to his purse holding duties.”
