General Hospital Spoilers: Lois Has Her Suspicions About What’s Going On With Gloria

General Hospital spoilers and updates tease in this week’s Sneak Peek, Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) has her suspicions about what’s going on with Gloria Cerullo (Ellen Travolta).

Lois knows it’s not like her mom to be so preoccupied that a Thanksgiving dinner goes up in smoke, and she wants to get to the bottom of it.

General Hospital Spoilers: Gloria Cerullo’s Preoccupied

Gloria’s been preoccupied with texts from a relative, presumably back in Bensonhurst-the first ones she kept ignoring were from an uncle, and this one looks a little threatening.

The text reads time’s running out for an apology and Lois sneaks up behind her mother and says “Ma! You look a million miles away-what’s up?”

Meanwhile, in the aftermath of smoke alarms going off, Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) exclaims, “Oh my God-what happened to you?” as she sees Yuri (Cyrus Hobbi) entering from the kitchen.

Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) are close behind Yuri as Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) walks with Olivia, and listen to Yuri’s answer.

Yuri says onions burning in pans, smoke setting off the sprinklers, and says the turkey’s wet-no good, as Gloria looks ashamed and Lois stares at her.

Olivia exclaims to Yuri, “Oh my God-not the turkey”-and rushes to the kitchen, Ned on her heels and telling her to wait for him. Chase tells Brook Lynn there’s no hope for that bird, and Brook Lynn sighs, and asks “that bad?” and Chase remarks not unless you like soup.

Yuri excuses himself to go change, and Brook Lynn says she’d better call down to Cody Bell, (Josh Kelly) Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) and Leo Quartermaine (Easton Rocket Sweda).

They’re in the stable playing with Ferdinand the Alpaca, and they don’t need to rush back up since Thanksgiving dinner’s ruined-again, and Chase and Brook Lynn leave the room.

General Hospital Spoilers: Lois Cerullo Asks Her Mother What’s Got Her Rattled

Lois knows something’s wrong and reminds Lois the first thing she taught her about cooking is never to leave the stove unless something’s only on simmer.

She asks her what’s going on, and Gloria takes a deep breath and looks worried. Lois will find out there’s big trouble in little Bensonhurst and she’d better sit down for this, it’s a complicated and long story more than likely.

Gloria may show her daughter the texts on her phone, and explain she’s in a bit of trouble back home. From the wording, it sounds like there’s been a falling out with either family or extended family or close friends.
