General Hospital Spoilers for Monday, November 27 indicate that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) senses that something is off between Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros).

Marshall Ashford (Robert Gossett) worries about Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner). Thanksgiving continues in Port Charles. Gloria Curello (Ellen Travolta) confesses she is in trouble. Stella Henry (Vernee Watson) and Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) come to a realization.

Sonny Corinthos Knows Something Is Off

General Hospital Spoilers reveal that Sonny Corinthos realizes that something is off between Nina and Anna. Of course, Nina blames Anna for shooting Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez) even though she broke into her apartment and had been harassing her for months. If Anna had known the truth, this could have been prevented.

Sonny doesn’t know about Nina confronting Anna or anything she has said to her about this. Nina is putting all of the blame on Anna and no one else.

Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) has known that Charlotte was Anna’s stalker for weeks and chose not to tell her. Sonny knows it was an accident but Nina refuses to give Anna a break.

GH Spoilers: Marshall Ashford Worries About Curtis Ashford

Curtis has been feeling out of sorts lately but a friend has been around to uplift his spirits and give him some hope for the future. Marshall is worried about Curtis, especially after he has been considering selling out to Selina Wu (Lydia Look).

Is Marshall worried about that or is something wrong with Curtis and Portia that needs to be fixed again? Of course, Curtis’ progress is a concern as well.

Thanksgiving continues in Port Charles as everyone wraps up their holiday celebrations and spending time with family and friends. Of course, the Quartermaine’s always have an exciting day sharing Pizza, will this year be any different?

Gloria will confess to Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) that she is in some kind of trouble and needs help. This is why Gloria chose to come to the Quartermines instead of staying home to celebrate.

What kind of trouble is Gloria in and what will it take to save her? Will Gloria’s ruined dinner be chalked up to her other troubles as well?

Stella and Portia come to a realization, however, is it the same realization? Portia and Stella can sometimes be on the opposite end of the spectrum when it comes to their ideas.
