The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say that they might think they have an epic love story going on, but it looks like there are some critics out there who beg to differ. This week, the hit CBS soap will celebrate all things Brooke Logan and Ridge Forrester with special moments and highlights from their past. However, it seems like there are a lot of fans who would rather tune out than in. Keep reading below for everything you need to know.
When it comes to Brooke and Ridge, or the couple best known as Bridge, they’ve fallen in love, gotten together, broken up and repeated the cycle more times than anyone can count. And while the couple is looking to walk down the aisle together one more time, some fans are simply saying that it’s time to put this love story to rest. Because there really isn’t much love between them seeing how they can’t stay together for more than one season at a time. It will take something like Brooke kissing Deacon on the lips for Ridge to pull the plug on their relationship yet again.
It goes without saying that many The Bold and the Beautiful fans had a lot to say about the matter on social media. Some even commented with, “No thanks!! We’re already sick of these two without watching the dreaded reruns! Yet she still hates his son, great partner,” along with, “Why??? Brooke has had a destiny vibe with her daughter’s husband, her father in-law & the list goes on. Are they going to show all the times they broke up where one of them cheated? This is not a great love story.”
Another critic wrote, “Wouldn’t it be better to do a special episode to mark the anniversary of Stephanie Forrester’s death? Invite all your loved ones, children: Kristen, Thorne, Felicja and grandchildren. Seeing the most beautiful moments with Stephanie. Every viewer would like to watch something like this. BUT NOT THIS.”
