The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say that sometimes it’s all in the body language. And boy does Ridge Forrester have a lot to say with his movements!

A lot of eagle-eyed fans noticed that Ridge’s reaction to Brooke was very out of character when she tried to hug him with Steffy Forrester and Thomas Forrester nearby.

In fact, it almost seemed like Ridge jerked his shoulders for Brooke to let him go. Here’s what you need to know.

When Ridge, Steffy, and Thomas gathered around after hearing the news about Eric Forrester’s health, Brooke tried to get in on what was going on.

However, Ridge was very quick to pull her away, which seemed to be a little odd. Does Ridge want Brooke around him, or does he not? That’s what B&B fans want to know.

During the latest episode, The Bold and the Beautiful fans sure did see the same thing that everyone else saw when Ridge looked like he only wanted to be comforted by his two children and not the woman of his dreams.

Some have even taken to Twitter to write comments such as, “Ridge definitely shrugged his shoulders from Brooke’s touch. Just like Steffy shoved her hand away,” along with, “Yes, I saw it, picked up on it immediately. Like he was saying get off me, this is between me and my kids!”

If that weren’t enough, a lot of The Bold and the Beautiful fans also pointed out that this was a moment that was supposed to have Taylor Hayes in it, seeing how these are her kids and that Eric was once her father-in-law, too.

Sadly, Taylor wasn’t in the picture and yet it’s Brooke that’s in every scene with Ridge.

Now, whether or not Eric Forrester does survive and ends up having a Christmas miracle remains to be seen but something tells us that Ridge is going to continue pushing Brooke away, both physically and emotionally, too.
