While Ben Affleck is the kind of person who usually has a lot to say about all different kinds of topics, he has remained uncharacteristically silent over this one. Many fans have noticed that the Hollywood actor has not responded to his ex-wife Jennifer Garner’s calls for protection of hospitals amid the ongoing conflict between Israel and Hamas. Even though Affleck sees himself as a celebrity humanitarian of sorts, he hasn’t spoken out about such topics and events ever since he married his current wife, Jennifer Lopez. Has Ben Affleck been muted by Jennifer Lopez or at least Jennifer’s team? That’s what some fans would like to know as the Ben they see now is certainly not the Ben they used to know. That said, Jennifer did use her voice and her social media platform to call for the protection of schools and hospitals after Gaza’s health ministry said that scores of people were killed in an attack on a hospital.

Jennifer Garner’s post said, “Schools and hospitals must be protected.”

But then again, Ben Affleck has mostly been keeping to himself these last several months. Plus, the actor currently doesn’t have a presence on social media. Instead, there have been several reports suggesting that Ben might be having a hard time keeping his marriage together to Jennifer Lopez. The couple have been spotted looking like they wanted to be anywhere but with each other on several different outings. Some critics even think they might be on the brink of divorce. As many fans can recall, the couple did pull the plug on their relationship back in 2004, and right before they were supposed to get married the first time around. Ben then went on to marry Jennifer Garner and now shares three children with her.
