Clyde’s still in Statesville but that doesn’t stop him from blackmailing Ava to do his dirty business, blackmailing him with Tripp Johnson’s (Lucas Adams) life!

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Ava Vitali Wants To Start A New Reformed Life

Now that Ava is out of Bayview, and Susan Banks (Stacy Haiduk) refused to press charges, Ava’s got a new start, and wants to start a new reformed life. But now she gets a call from Statesville from Clyde-which she should have refused, but she didn’t, and he wants her to run his drug business.

He tells her since Susan is alive and free, now he has lost his leverage over EJ DiMera (Dan Feurreriegel) and if she doesn’t, there will be consequences.

He goes on to explain the consequences won’t be for Ava herself for her refusal, the consequences will be for her son Tripp! As Ava tries to figure out how to move forward, Harris Michaels, (Steve Burton) who she’s getting very close with, makes an announcement about his future which would clash with hers!

DOOL Spoilers: Ava Vitali Fears When There’s Proof Clyde Weston Means Business

Ava fears for Tripp’s life when proof comes that Clyde’s got his people at Salem University Hospital, when Tripp comes home with a bad injury to his arm.

A patient and he got in a squabble, and the patient, played by James Simenc, became dangerous-Clyde tells Ava when he calls her, the patient was one of his hit men!

Ava can’t go to Harris for help-he’s told her Kate Brady (Lauren Koslow) got him on at the Salem Police Department-and she could compromise his new job. Ava was expecting a happy new beginning, but thanks to Weston, it’s anything but, and she doesn’t dare cross him.

Tripp wanted to talk about Ava’s new relationship with Harris when he arrived with his bandaged arm, and tried to minimize the violence of the encounter.

Perhaps the patient was high on some drug; they hadn’t even gotten to the point of a toxicology screen at that point. But Ava changed the subject quickly, focusing on the injuries to his arm-he was cut badly and required stitches, but he got away from the raging patient alive.

Ava now knows that the only way for Tripp to survive is to run Weston’s drug business, even though she truly wanted to go straight. It’s three steps forward and two steps back, but what else can she do-she has to protect Tripp!
