The Young and the Restless spoilers say that Sally Spectra is having a massive breakdown. She’s tired of being gaslit by just about every member of the Newman family. Not only that, but she thinks that all of the stress that she’s endured since arriving in this fictional town of Genoa City has hurt her more than helped her become the major fashion designer she knows that she can be. During the latest episode of The Young and the Restless, Sally Spectra made it pretty clear that she was tired of being manipulated by Adam Newman. She’s just been dumped by Nick Newman and it sure doesn’t help that Adam is coming over and trying to be a friend, when that’s the last thing he is to her right now. She even flat out tells him that he is ruining her mental health because she simply can’t get him out of her head. But at the same time, she still has feelings for him. Talk about a complicated matter. With how things are going, Sally will end up leaving Genoa City for good.
Many The Young and the Restless fans have commented on this episode with, “About time she admits her true feelings but how she acts in the long run is the question especially with Chloe telling her how to feel and who she really wants,” along with, “Admit already Sally and just be with Adam. We all know you want him instead of Nick.. SMH.”
Another Y&R fan said, “Let the woman have a healthy relationship. They keep her off balance and miserable. She could be a powerhouse designer but they make her weak. Please write her a happy place and let her get out of that hotel room.”

This is the most drawn out frustrating storyline, and is Nick EVER going to have a good long term woman? How about let them both have something solid and leave it alone.
