The Young and the Restless star Mark Grossman (Adam Newman) is putting his father in the spotlight. And no, that doesn’t mean he is joining the show, but instead, he’s in a spotlight all of his own. Keep reading below for everything you need to know.

The Young and the Restless Star Mark Grossman Puts His Father In The Spotlight

It’s without a doubt that Mark Grossman is very close with both of his parents and that both of them support his career in the daytime television industry. Well, it seems like Mark supports his parents in their ventures just as much. Mark shared a photo of his father on his Instagram account and captioned it with, “So proud of my dad for teaching himself guitar and getting his ass up in front of strangers to sing with no prior experience. He said he was gonna do it. And he sure did.”

This wasn’t the first time that Mark had expressed just how proud he was of one of his parents. He was also super proud when his mother Patricia landed a minor role on The Young and the Restless, too. From the looks of it, this was her first time doing a scene from the show. She certainly nailed it! And what’s more important, she looked like she had a lot of fun, too! While Mark didn’t share any specific details about her role, it did look like she was a diner in a scene that was shared with Michelle Stafford (Phyllis Summers).

​​During The Young and the Restless’ 50th Anniversary party back in March, Mark brought both his mother and his stepfather to the soiree with him. Clearly, the young and talented actor is very proud of his entire family! Now, if only we could see his character Adam Newman enjoy the same kind of family life that he deserves, things would be equally as great, right? Watch this space.
