The Young and the Restless spoilers say that at this point everyone agrees that Lauren Fenmore could use her own storyline. In fact, it seems like she’s just a sideline character (and not even a storyline), which is prompting many fans to wonder why. Here’s what you need to know.
Should Lauren Fenmore get her own storyline? At this point, there are very few people who wouldn’t think so. Sure, she might be Phyllis Summers’ best friend, but there’s more to Lauren, especially when it comes to her family and her career.
It goes without saying that many The Young and the Restless fans sure did have a lot to say about possibly seeing Lauren Fenmore with her own Y&R storyline. Some fans believe it’s something that should happen sooner rather than later. Many comments included, “I love her character but lately she’s been solely the hot wife of Michael and bff of Phyllis. She is so much more capable than they’ve been writing for her,” along with, “was shocked to see Lauren, Y&R is using the same chars over and over. Do they not realize Lauren is a major char here? Give this super talented actress a story, not just any story. We want a mystery.”
Another fan wrote, “I wouldn’t argue on that. She needs a storyline & deserves it. I love her friendship with Phyllis but she needs to interact with other people, to begin with her own family, sister, nephew, Danny since he’s back. They could talk about Phyllis since Danny wants to help her.”
And then there was this comment, too: “They could do so much with Lauren. They just focus on the same people. She once was front and center and bringing in the viewers . With the right story it would happen again.”
The Young and the Restless fans will have to tune in to find out what will happen next.
