General Hospital Spoilers: Will Ava’s Absence Convince Nina She’s About to Turn On Her With Carly?

General Hospital Spoilers say Ava Jerome (Maura West) is nowhere to be found, and it’s going to send up all kinds of red flags when everyone starts to realize it.

She was eager to get off of Spoon Island, but as Ava settled into the lonely castle by herself, she had no idea it would be her last night there. Mason Gatlin’s (Nathanyael Grey) impromptu appearance in her living room rattled Ava, and we have no idea what happened next.

General Hospital Spoilers — Paranoia Was Already Setting In

It’s likely that once she realized it was only Mason toying with her, she would’ve been annoyed but also would have calmed down and told him to get the hell out of her house. And he did; he just took her with him.

As Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) realizes Ava is gone — but has no idea of Mason’s involvement — will she come to believe this too is all about her?

Last week, Nina met up with Ava in the lobby at GH while everyone waited for news on Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) miracle surgery. Being beaten within inches of his life, Nina is grateful he’s on the mend and that — as Ava put it — his death would not be on her conscience.

GH Spoilers Leak No One Can Reach Ava

It’s anyone’s guess who will notice Ava is missing first. Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) has been keeping Avery Corinthos (Grace Scarola) and may wonder when her mother wants her back. Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) could need to confer with her about the Gatlin’s.

Nina just might want to vent about her own stress and anxiety; their friendship can be so very one-sided. Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) is the most likely to report something is amiss though when Ava doesn’t show up at the gallery.

General Hospital Spoilers — Nina’s Anxiety Multiplies

Don’t be surprised if the police come around to ask questions. It does seem as though the last call Ava made was to Nina. Before she made it back to Spoon Island, and after leaving Carly’s place, Ava phoned Nina and left her a voicemail letting her know Drew was going to make a full recovery.

Again, she noted that his death wouldn’t be on Nina’s shoulders. If the PCPD wants to hear that voicemail to confirm anything Ava might have said to Nina that could give them a clue as to her whereabouts, it will be a problem for Nina. Furthermore, if Sonny wants to hear that message, all bets are off.

If Nina starts to suspect that Ava might have left that message on purpose — or left town on purpose — just to set her up after telling Carly the truth, she just might decide to beat Ava to the punch and finally tell Sonny the truth herself.
