The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say that Eric Forrester is putting Donna Logan in a situation that she certainly doesn’t want to be in. Not only is she worried about his health, but apparently he doesn’t want her to tell anyone about his health, either. Here’s what you need to know.
According to the latest edition of Soap Opera Digest, Donna finds out that Eric’s health issues are actually more serious than she had previously realized. Actress Jennifer Gareis, who plays Donna on the hit CBS soap, puts it this way to the publication in a new interview, “Initially, they thought it was arthritis, which is incredibly annoying but manageable. But, there is more, and he keeps that from her. When Donna hears this could be more, it is devastating. Yes, he is a little older than her, but Eric is still vibrant and young at heart, and I think reality is hitting Donna. This is hard to digest. Something severe happening to a love one is a punch to the gut.”
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say that Donna vows to keep this all a secret, but even she knows that things are going to get worse before they get better. But she almost tells her sister Katie the truth while the two of them are talking. Jennifer previewed, “It’s a slip up. She backpedals a bit. Donna tends to wear her emotions on her sleeve, but here and now, she is determined to honor Eric’s wishes, the way he is going about his and keeping it a secret. It may not be what Donna would do, but she loves him, and protecting him seems like the right thing to do.”
